Students are unable to login

Cross check the error message when the student tries to login.

  1. If it is “Student not found”

Check if the student is active or not by searching the name/ mobile number or the email of the student. If the student name and batch name have a Green dot next to it, it means the student is active in an active batch.

  1. If it is “maximum login limit reached”

Please go and search the student name or number on the portal and click on active devices and deactivate the device which is already active. This will release the login activity from the previous device (web/mobile).

  1. Phone number / Password Combination invalid

Please ask the student to cross check the password or ask them to click on forgot password to set a new password.


Student Registration Process

To get into the portal, a student has to register himself/ herself. For that, they have to start with enrolling themselves on the admission page. Once they click on the admission tab on the landing page they can see all the batches provided by the admin. They can choose any of the batches they want to enroll in and enter their details.

Once all the details are provided, they will get the username and password over SMS. Post that, they can click on login and enter their credentials.
